Conversations with Bloominaries
We launched Conversations with Bloominaries to create a way for us to come together virtually to celebrate joy, floral beauty, and community. Each session we invite a leading light in our floral-loving world (authors, botanical artists, etc.) to spend an hour with our member circle and share their insights. Our sessions are live over Zoom and our members are able to ask questions of our guest. Past conversations remain available for members to watch and return to for inspiration. All members of our Bloominaries club enjoy full membership benefits in the shop (and vice versa!)
Book and Film Clubs
Our bi-monthly book and film discussion groups are free and open to all members of the shop. Our discussion groups are growing communities of newfound friends who meet bi-monthly to share lively conversation and connection. See our upcoming meetings here and call the shop if you'd like to join one of our groups: Gardening Literature Book Club, Art & Textile Book Club, Gardens in Film Club, and our Slow-Stitching Club.
Classes and Gatherings
Come relax, create, and commune at our small group botanical classes involving fresh-cut handpicked flower bouquets, watercolor painting, collage, or pressed flowers. Or join us at one of our gatherings for gardeners, textile lovers, and botanical art lovers. The goal of our events is joy and community and being open to the possibilities that art and beauty can invite into life. Classes are limited to 8, so spots fill up quickly. Celebrations
Plan a joyful celebration (bridal or baby shower, special birthday, family reunion, or office team bonding) with a private botanical workshop tailored to your group (see our Events page for sample workshop programs). Private events are offered for age 10+ and cost $350/hour, which includes all materials (events typically run 1.5 - 2 hours).
